Smoking Moon Dandy
is a band that sprung from band called Chevy. After making a 4 songs EP (the songs made by Hlynur) the band quit.

Hlynur (Lennie) and Siggen Started a new band with the same old 70s sound and will be releasing the EP under the new name that the old band recorded.

David Schöne is an experienced drummer from Finnmark and have played with all the musicians that matters there.

It is funny to mention that David and Hlynur met for the first time in the year 2003 and played one gig together in Alta Finnmark, in a band that was specially made for this one gig. In the end of 2007 they met again by a stroke of luck, or by a touch of fate.

In the start of this autumn will the past associated member, Lars Rune Rebbestad join the band as a full member.

S.M.D is a band that can play as a trio or as a full band of four, it depends what kind of arrangement people
